THE RESULTS OF THE SEMINAR “INTRODUCTION AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE ROLLING STOCK DIAGNOSTICS AND MONITORING SYSTEM AKRO”
SRPA “Impulse” conducted the seminar “Introduction and prospects of development of the rolling stock diagnostics and monitoring system AKRO” with the representatives of JSC “Ukrainian Railways”: directors of departments, branch managers, signalling and communication specialists etc.
The purpose of the event was to summarize the experience of the AKRO system operation, discuss the issue of the service support and define the further aspects to develop.
Volodymyr Yelisieiev, the Chairman of Supervisory Board of PJSC “SRPA “Impulse”, delivered a welcoming speech noting the crucial significance of railways in Ukraine, particularly at the moment, and the importance to implement safe and uninterruptible train movement.
Oleh Bunchukov, the Director of Automation and Telecommunication Department of JSC “Ukrainian Railways”, presented a report on the system implementation chronology, its part in the diagnostics of rolling stock technical condition, and plans to extend the checkpoint networks.
The specialists from PJSC “SRPA “Impulse” – Andrii Provotorov, Oleksandr Smirnov, Valerii Khomenko, and Serhii Kara presented the reports on the experience of operation, scheduled repair works, service politics and outlined the prospects of development of the systems AKRO-B and AKRO-C with new features being added, such as dragging equipment detection, wheel defect detection, weighing in motion, etc.
The participants from JSC “Ukrainian Railways” shared the practical experience of use of the system at their sections and gave suggestions on the further improvement.
The seminar is resulted in the agreement in terms of joint steps on the AKRO system development and its wider use in the JSC “Ukrainian Railways” infrastructure.
