Microprocessor semi-automatic block signalling MPAB-U
MPAB-U is a system for train separation and ensuring the safety of train traffic on single-track and multi-track low-traffic railway open tracks with different types of traction using the semi-automatic block signalling function.
Control of occupancy/vacancy of an open track is carried out using axle counting equipment. There is an option to organize automatic checkpoints on the open track to increase the train capacity. MPAB-U has both digital and relay-and-contact interfaces for coupling with any type of electrical interlocking.
Main functions

Control of occupancy/vacancy of each track of an open track.

Automatic control of complete train arrival.

Sharing information between adjacent stations
for implementation of semi-automatic block signalling algorithm.

Coding of track circuits of station
approach sections by ALS signals.
System advantages

Minimum quantity of station equipment
when integrating into MPC-U

Software implementation of logical dependencies
in a safe central processor
Possibility to arrange an automatic checkpoint on an open track.
