Cooperation in design:
Close cooperation with the customer ensures that the resulting I&C system takes into account the specific features of the automation object. User support and I&C maintenance are provided throughout the entire life cycle of the systems.
Support during commissioning:
Our specialists provide supervision of the installation of I&C equipment. They also test and commission the system, ensuring economical, fast, and safe start-up of the I&C.
Operational support:
Trial operation of the I&C is carried out together with the personnel. Warranty and post-warranty service is provided. Spare parts and service tools are supplied together with the main equipment.
Training:
Staff training is conducted by I&C developers on real equipment, which guarantees a high level of training, as confirmed by certificates issued by SRPA "Impulse".
