PILOT SAMPLE OF DISTRIBUTION CABINET OF A PASSENGER TRAIN CAR HAS SUCCESSFULLY PASSED THE TESTS

In May 2025, the meeting of the acceptance commission was held on the site of SRPA “Impulse” to review the test results of the pilot sample of the Im_RSDCab distribution cabinet of the system of automated control, monitoring, and diagnostics of passenger train car electrical equipment.

Im_RSDCab is designed for use in passenger train cars of locomotive traction, equipped with the air conditioning system and autonomous power supply system with AC generator.

Im_RSDCab ensures automated control, monitoring, and diagnostics of train car electrical equipment, power supply systems, lighting, climate control, different customers of the train car. Im_RSDCab control system is built based on the redundant programmable logic controller.

Based on the results of work, the acceptance commission consisting of the representatives of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” and SRPA “Impulse” has decided the following:

• The pilot sample of Im_RSDCab and the set of documentation meet the requirements set forth in the terms of reference;
• The results of the preliminary tests are positive and shall be considered as the acceptance tests;
• To recommend the performance of operation tests of the pilot sample of Im_RSDCab.

Approved the release of the installation series of 150 units pending completion of controlled operation and approval of specifications.
