SRPA «IMPULSE» AND MERMEC S.P.A. SIGNED A MEMORANDUM OF STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP AT THE INTERNATIONAL UKRAINE RECOVERY CONFERENCE

PJSC «SRPA «Impulse» and Italian company MERMEC S.p.A., a leading developer of high-tech solutions for the railway industries, have signed a memorandum of strategic partnership.

The document outlines the parties' intentions to develop long-term cooperation in the field of high-tech solutions for rail transport. The partnership provides for joint implementation of projects, exchange of technical and engineering expertise, and introduction of advanced digital technologies in Ukraine and other countries.

This agreement opens up new opportunities for technological growth, international cooperation, and strengthening the positions of SRPA «Impuls» and MERMEC S.p.A. in the European railway automation and safety systems markets.

The planned cooperation includes:
