ANOTHER STEP TOWARDS HARMONIZATION OF STANDARDS WITH THE EU

SRPA «Impulse» has been awarded the right to apply the CE marking to the ImproTRAIN-250 system equipment, which constitutes authorization to sell the systems to EU countries and countries that recognize European certification.

The advisory certificates were issued by the international audit and certification organization «SZUTEST». The conformity assessment was carried out by the authorized body «SZUTEST» and its official representative in Ukraine - «SZUTEST-UKRAINE» Ltd. This was preceded by extensive work to bring the design processes, production of the ImproTRAIN-250 equipment and technical documentation into compliance with the requirements of directives and harmonized EU standards, preparation of the necessary evidentiary documentation and testing.

Reference. The CE marking is the result of the assessment of the conformity of products with the requirements of directives harmonized with European Union standards and is a symbol that a manufacturer affixes to a product so that it can be sold in Europe.

It indicates that the products have been audited/evaluated with regard to safety, health and environmental requirements. CE marking is mandatory for products that fall under one of the European Directives. For ImproTRAIN-250 these directives are:

  • The Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (LVD);
  • The Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU (EMC).
